Park Rules & Reservations

Park Rules

Please read before making any reservations.

CHECK-IN (2PM)

 Monthly or Weekly payments required in advance upon occupancy. The Monthly due is on the 1st by 11am. The Weekly due is on Mondays by 11am.

 All residents must provide copies of valid ID and Debit/Credit card for the deposits.

 DEPOSITS: $100 For each lot or room or cabin. The deposit is required for reservations.

(Deposits are refundable after final walk-through based on the condition. PLRV has right to charge any missing

items at market rates)

CHECK-OUT (12PM)

 All residents must provide a written or verbal move-out notice at least 3 days prior to Check-out.

 Late check out rate is $20/hr.

 For Room/Cabin residents, key(s) must be returned at check-out otherwise, there will be $8/key charges applied to deposit.

NO REFUNDS If you choose to shorten your stay or didn’t provide at least 1 week move-out notice. Offenders will be cancelled from agreement asked to leave the site at the discretion of Owners.

Parking

 Limit of 1-2 vehicles permitted per RV site. RV residents must park in the designated parking spot for your lot as directed by Port Lavaca RV.

Parking fines are $25 per incident.

 ONLY ROOM residents will park in the front of the building on the concrete. 1 Park per resident is allowed.

 No boats, utility, automobile, or boat trailers are allowed to be stored at the park.

 NO camp fires! Clean up fee of $25 will be applied if concrete is stained with oil, algae or other contaminants.

 NO PARKING IN THE STREETS, GRASS OR LANDSCAPED AREAS AT ANY TIME. NO PARKING ON VACANT OR UNOCCUPIED SITES.

NO PARKING IN FRONT OF LAUNDRY FACILITIES.

 All vehicles enter into the park and park on the site must be registered with Port Lavaca RV Park. Any unnotified vehicles in the park can be subject to towing and its owner will be responsible for the towing fees.

Laundry

Door must stay closed at all time.

 Please be considerate of other residents. USE ONLY 1 MACHINE AT A TIME.

 NEVER LEAVE CLOTHES in the washer or dryer after the cycle has been completed. Be patient: Give others 15-20 minutes after their cycle has finished to remove their clothes. Any clothing left overnight will be thrown away.

 Please keep area clean and EMTY LINT TRAY when done

ANY RESIDENT SHARES THE CODE WITH NON-RESIDENTS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.

Residents who are operating business or having any financial gain from using our complimentary laundry facilities will be asked to leave immediately.

Residents are AWARE OF 24-HOUR SURVEILANCE CAMERAS.

Showers/ Restrooms/ All Common Areas

 Please DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING BESIDES TISSUE. Wet wipes and other should be thrown away in the trash. Wet wipes are known for causing sewer backups.

 Please limit your time with SHOWER USAGE AND KEEP IT UNDER 15 MIN for other residents.

 No personal items should be left in the shower or anywhere in the restrooms. PLRV is not responsible for any loss or thrown items.

 Please keep the kitchen area clean at all time and CLEAN AFTER YOURSELF. All PLRV supplies to be remained at kitchen area and must be returned after the use. Please do your dishes promptly and leave the strainer in the sink at all times. All solids or food related particles must be thrown in the trash can under the sink, NOT IN THE SINK DRAIN.

 No BBQ allowed on the porches. Damage fees apply for rutting grass. All RV sites must be kept neat and tidy, nothing is to be stored under the RV or around the RV site. Do not hang towels/clothes outside your RV or post “For Sale” signs on your RV/vehicles. BBQ pits, hibachis and other cooking devices must remain on your site. Any grease on concrete caused by residents must be cleaned immediately otherwise, a cleaning fee will be assessed.

 The last person leaving the TV room in the club house to turn off the TV and other lights.

 No feet/shoes or food on the couches, chairs and pool table located inside of the club house at all times.

 No sleeping allowed on the couches and chairs. All RV residents must return to their RVs after midnight.

 Any missing items that belong to PLRV might lead to the termination of lease or an additional charge accessed to the responsible party at a market price.

Children/ Pets

 Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children and financially responsible for any damages incurred by their children. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their parents while in the park.

 PETS MUST REMAIN ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES ALL pet droppings MUST be picked up immediately. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination of your park rights. Barking should be discouraged. DO NOT LEAVE DOGS OUTSIDE UNATTENDED. We currently do not accept breeds considered dangerous and aggressive, including but not limited to Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Chows, and Doberman Pincher. Port Lavaca RV reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is not considered suitable for the serenity or safety of the park. All pets should have updated vaccination records available should they be requested. The city of Port Lavaca requires that all pets be on leash when outside.

General

 Cable connection is readily available for RV residents through Sparklight if you like to start a service.

 Satellite dishes are not allowed.

QUIET HOURS, 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Please respect your neighbor.FIREARMS AND FIREWORKS ARE STRICKLY PROHIBITED RV’s over 15 years old are reviewed by the PORT LAVACA RV team. We reserve the right to refuse any RV if it is not in good appearance and/or age. NO TENTS, POP-UPS, TRUCK CAMPERS or FEMA trailers.
